We enjoyed a mesmerizing stay, especially loved the bowling alley and the stunning Nile views from our room, but the outdated furnishings were a bit of a letdown.

The staff was incredibly kind and respectful. especially Ms. Monica in guest relations, who took care of all our requests. and Ms. Yassmin from Housekeeping kept our room pristine and welcoming.

Some maintenance issues were noticeable. the bathroom grout needs attention and street noise persisted late into the night.

The pool area was a perfect place to relax.

Upkeep desperately needs attention!!! Missing grout in the bathroom, cracked fixtures, insufficient noise insulation, extremely loud street noise until 2 AM!!! Needs comprehensive maintenance to be competitive.

For a light breakfast, consider ordering room service instead of the buffet, as it's plentiful and satisfying, especially with limited dining options currently available.

the hotel offers a fantastic base for city strolls, with spacious rooms that provide breathtaking views of the Nile. It's just a short walk to the Aswan Botanical Garden and Kitchener's Island, perfect for a leisurely afternoon.

the lift was so slow, it made a sound that practically screamed for help! and good luck trying to get room service without them asking for tips like they're street performers. honestly, I almost wrote a glowing review, but where's my welcome gift for enduring this? Such a shame. I never expected this kind of treatment.

Spacious room, breathtaking view, the Nile view from our junior suite was nothing short of spectacular, especially at sunset, and the 24-hour reception made our check-in smooth and hassle-free.

It was a good pick for a lightning stop in Aswan with outstanding value for money. The drinks were really cheap at the pool bar, but you might want to stick to beer. Bring your own snacks if you plan to eat by the pool.

The kids loved the bowling alley, and the pool area was perfect for our family, making it easy to relax and enjoy the gorgeous Nile views. The staff were super friendly and ensured we had everything we needed during our stay with our little baby.

My wife says that some of the furniture felt a bit dated, which could be a drawback for families.

Had a fantastic stay at Tolip Aswan Hotel for 1 night! The Superior Double or Twin Room with Nile View was spacious, and waking up to the breathtaking Nile view was unforgettable. The staff was incredibly accommodating, having a room ready for us upon arrival despite our early flight. The amenities like the 24-hour room service and beautifully maintained pool made our experience truly enjoyable.

Had a spacious room with incredible views of the Nile river! ! The staff were super friendly and made sure I wasn’t starving, delivering a mountain of food right to my door.
